Tom Smith has been a foodservice professional his entire life.
Raised in the kitchens of New York City; a Culinary Institute
of America graduate; instructor of young apprentices in Burgenstock,
Switzerland; top-rated chef in New York City in the late ‘80s;
award-winning restaurant owner in the ‘90s; and now along
with his lovely wife, is the owner of the fastest-growing event
planning, catering company in Orange County.
